i?m trying the SOB program atm and i?m not
quite sure what to do when i have to do high rep vertical pulling (or pushing).
chin ups and dips are my favourite exercices and in my humble opinion superior to lat-pulldown etc. (especially in a full body workout)
2 others overhead press and upright rows.
