Spiders aren’t that bad! I mean I’d flip my shit if I saw a tarantula in my house because they’re not native here, but we get to deal with brown-recluse instead. I’ll usually clean up their webs but let them settle back in and eat all the other damn bugs that make it in here.

Can definitely add weight for the pullups, sweet. Used a safety pin instead of a barbell in J-hooks for the dips - MUCH better! Going to keep them for the next cycle and go a little higher on the reps, see if I can feel it in my chest more than my abs.

Was not excited to hit this one tonight. Spent a chunk of the day chopping ice and shoveling, and not eating or drinking water. Made it through just fine at a good pace though, surprised my back wasn’t angrier at me. Last few reps of raises were cheat city.

Good session overall. Raised the j-hooks a bit for the tri extensions so I could do more full-stretch (head under the bar) work. It was a good idea, movement felt way better and stress in the elbows was much lower.
Need more weight for those rows next time.
