Veloctity Diet - Really Low Carbs?

Hey guys.
i was wondering where are the carbs in this diet.
I worked it out to be:

23g carbs non training days
60g carbs on training days

isnt this extrtemlly low, i dont know where all the other carbs are coming from.
My flax seed meal says it has 0 carbs as when it is cold pressed to get the oil out its left with no carbs

both of them being simple carbs wouldn’t that be bad for a diet like this ?
And also i got told with diets like this
you should only consume 20/30 grams as it will throw you out of ketosis ?

any help would be great as i am strating this in 4 days cheers

Yup its very low carbs its meant to be.

Yup it can and prob does throw you out of ketosis but thats OK ketosis is over rated your getting that carb WHACK in just a meal and trying to halt catabolism and preserve muscle

I suggest read the article a bit more and several of the huge threads all this and more is covered Big time
