i was wondering where are the carbs in this diet.
I worked it out to be:
23g carbs non training days
60g carbs on training days
isnt this extrtemlly low, i dont know where all the other carbs are coming from.
My flax seed meal says it has 0 carbs as when it is cold pressed to get the oil out its left with no carbs
both of them being simple carbs wouldn’t that be bad for a diet like this ?
And also i got told with diets like this
you should only consume 20/30 grams as it will throw you out of ketosis ?
any help would be great as i am strating this in 4 days cheers
