Velocity Workout?

 What gym workout have found to be the best for 4 weeks on Velocity followed by 4 weeks of t-dawg diet?


From most of the posts of people that have done the diet they seem to lean towards a Waterbury style workout. Chris Shugarts post for the velocity diet has a workout in there that is Waterbury influenced. I have seen alot of people do the 10 x 3 for fat loss. I guess it all depends what works for you and what you like.
