Are there any coaches that use the knowledge learned at T-Nation or use Westside, or strongman training at VSP? At the one here in San Antonio, we have been using a mix of Gary Gray (more pre-hab) and Westside. Funny combo, huh? It has been keeping the kids injury free and strong. They love it too! We will also begin something like the modified strongman training soon. What are other coaches at VSP or anyother place doing?
