Which would you say is a better option to make 170 for the 12th of August (I talked about this in another thread):
The velocity diet (modified…one solid meal a day) 1300-1400 cals down from 1800-2000.
Two chicken breasts, one salad (no dressing), one slice dry wheat toast.
I was told to try it. Will I be able to make weight with the velocity diet ?
