Second, this is my first post so “Howdy!”
Third, I used the search and didn’t find this addressed so if I missed it please forgive me.
I’m about 20% BF, 209 lbs, 36 year old male and I’ve been training off and on for over 5 years. More on lately.
My question is I’m thinking about adding Methyl E into the mix - is that wise?
This is my first time with supplements like this.
I currently use creatine, lo carb Whey, very clean diet, multi vitamin and fish oil.
