Velocity Diet: A 28 Day Journey


My legs have never really been impressive. My knees don’t like me much. My ace wrap helps a lot with squatting, I just tried it on this week so I’m looking forward to some quad growth.

I’m waitin for my tummy to shrink…it still wants to be as far out as my chest line, yuk.
