I'm by no means an expert and could use some advice; while finishing up my leg routine today I caught a glimpse of my thigh in the mirror and noticed the vein which runs down my leg (no, not that one) was throbbing (ok, you can laugh). Sticking out of my skin, green, just did NOT look right. The vein was sticking out of my left thigh, flat on the right, but both were visible. Even as I sit here typing this now, I can still feel the vein. What causes this ? Should I be concerned ? I'm extra sketched because I am a kickboxer, that vein and the sciaptic nerve are the main target.
get it checked out by the doc.
