Man…I eat like two steam bags of broccoli a day…I love broccoli so much that I eat that shit on my cheat days. Steamed…plain with lemon juice and salt/pepper.
Plus, like zraw has pointed out…if you diet down…veggies are your friend. Food volume for little to no calories…keeps you somewhat more full.
I fucking love broccoli, steamed with a pinch of salt and maybe some olive oil. Trying to find broccoli sprouts is a bitch for some reason, but the hunt continues. I am glad that I was one of those young kids who LOVED his veggies, can eat them with no issue.
