Alexander, I was a vegetarian for 15 years. Like you, it was because I hate the way the factory farm system abuses animals. However, I always felt a craving for meat; I felt like my body needed it. I started eating meat 1.5 years ago, and it’s made a tremendous difference in how I feel. Also, once I started eating meat, my workouts became much more productive. I’m finally beginning to put on some muscle.
