I was wondering how many servings and what vegetables you guys are eating a day.
I’m having 5 a day, mostly brocolli or green beans.
3-4 always either peppers, spinach, or green beans
I discovered frozen vegetables last week. Slightly more expensive but you just rip the bag open and are ready to go. So I’m now up to 1-1.5 pounds a day of some combination of peas, carrots, broccoli, or cauliflower.
4-5 servings daily
Either steam some up, or throw some in a salad, but I eat em with every meal
I eat about 5 servings each day of Peas. 2/3 cup has 4g of total fiber so it’s easy for me to get my daily fiber. Plus, they’re easy to mix with all kinds of things, especially soups, stews, and chilis.

about 5 too; brocolis, carrot, whole green beans, onions, red bell peppers, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Plus I drink some vegetable cocktail.
More than the RDA. Prolly 8 servings. Mostly raw veggies. I love veggies.

same here if going by actual SERVINGS id say I get 8-10 then you have to add fruit another 5-8. Love dem plants as a side to tons of protein.
