I was wondering if anyone has ever used Vegetable Glycerine while on the Anabolic diet. I am currently in a caloric deficit and trying to lose BF. By the end of the week my strength is down and I though Vegetable Glycerine before my end of the weeks W/O (day before and morning of carbup) would help with lack of strength. I have heard that Dr. Di Pasquale has suggested this although I can’t find this quote anywhere. Does anyone know if this would cause me any problems with fatloss or short circuit the AD in any way.
