Yes. go for it will have tons of benefits, energy, skin , cognitive function etc
Just a personal opinion- when hot root veggies like radishes, ginger, etc. are combined with hot peppers (oils) the hot is exponential, so I’d be cautious with that. Some people like that though.
Even in fat-loss I eat as many vegetables as I want
I try to eat vegetables all the time. They are useful not only for our body, but for our mind also. Moreover, they are digested quickly.
