My name is Bee and I've been in and out of the iron game for years.
The following are my best achievements throughout my young life:
Clean and Jerk: 205 pounds at 190 bodyweight.
Squat: 405 pounds with powerlifting style. 345 pounds with paused ATG. Both were done at over 200-pound bodyweight.
My short term goal is to lose weight for health purposes. I'm at a fat 230 pounds right now at 5 feet and 6 inches tall. Once I lose weight, I'll go back to the heavy stuff again.
My long term goal is to compete both as a powerlifter and Olympic style lifter...
