Vasodilators CM vs. Arginine Based

has any of you tried citrulline malate and seen good results, relating to vascularity and relief of soreness after training? ive been doing some reading about this compound, and “some” state being better than arginine based vasodilators, both produce action potential to create nitric oxide, but i guess the only way to know which one is better, is by getting some real feed back, thanks
