Variation of Parameters

Having just finished TBT, I am trying to decide where to go next. I understand that the most important factor in the success of a program (or at least a damn important factor), is whether it is different than what you have been doing. Thus, I would like to vary my new workout parameters as much as possible from what I have been doing.

Having said this, which parameters, in your expreience, are the most important to switch (i.e. frequency, volume, relative load, etc.)?
