Going on vacation for a couple of weeks, away from the gym, the squat rack, the dumbbells, everything and hitting the beach.
I know I have the option of using a local gym in the area but I want to take a break and do some other things.
Here are some of the things I plan on doing, in no particular order…
Deep sand running.
Some of the gpp hybrids in CW’s article.
also taking a backpack (missed out on the xvest, oh well) and a box of freezer bags to fill up with sand for weighted chins, dips, pushups and such.
A shovel for sand digging drills.
I could also use some towels from the Hotel for towel chins too I guess.
Any other suggestions, tips or add ons welcome.
