Ive looked around on the site but didnt find too much on this topic. I saw some posts but not a lot of feedback. Im going on vacation in June for two and a half weeks and wont have access to a gym or weights. Has anyone put together an affective program for working out without weights with the goal of keeping your strength up so you dont return to your routine and lift like a chump?
I actually don’t use any weights in my workouts. I only use advanced bodyweight exercises.
My suggestion would be to do a google search for Coach Christopher Sommer, and then look for his article “Building an Olympic Body through bodyweight conditioning”.
The exercises in the article are very challenging and will pay great dividends in terms of strength.
