Man just before I left to travel I was hitting a very nice peak in strength and newly formed mass. Put it this way I was perfectly pleased.
I came to help my dad close up his house and to see some family I haven’t seen for sometime.
The last 10 days have been the worst of eating, training, and even sleep.
I feel like Ive dropped some muscle density and not sure what to do.
it was defenitely time to diet before I left, but now I dont think I should go right into a lean out phase because of not feeling fully swelled.
SHould I gain back the tiny bit of muscle, strength drops, plus metabolism that has slowed, for 2 to 3 weeks before starting to cut?
