Do you have an Example for this Workout?
Reps are 6-10 for Size. But what about the Sets?
Same as you would plan for a typical bodybuilding workout... 3-5 sets is a good start.
Should I do chest the same day? If I'm doing this twice a week, what should my other workouts be like? Just a back/biceps day, leg day, and do chest wit this workout?
I don't like to do chest with it as getting the chest pumped will reduce range of motion in the overhead position.
