Whats the difference between the V-Diet, and a PMSF, or the Fat Fast. Besides the one solid meal eatin a week?
Chris Shugart goes over the differences in the first Velocity Diet thread.

I’m pretty sure Shugart talks about the Fat Fast diet in the original article, but from what I recall the V-Diet adds:
- more daily calories
- a post-workout shake w/carbs (Surge)
- healthy fats - flax meal and fish oil (? - I don’t know what the Fat Fast had in terms of fats))
actually the fat fast used flax oil, and fiber and occasional solid meal of egg or tuna in olive oil.
In the last article of fat fast part deux, he says next time he would add pre and postworkout meals. So there for it looks exactly the same to me.
