I have come up with one as follows:
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
5 ice cubes
8 oz water
1 tablespoon Naturally More peanut butter
2 tablespoons flax seed meal

The short story is that it is peanut butter with some add flax seed and flax seed oil, as well as wheat germ and egg whites. Instead of a little sugar (like in most peanut butters), there is a small amount of cane syrup and honey, but not enough to push it past a couple grams of carbs per serving (2 tablespoons being a serving).
Compared to having 4 tablespoons of flax seed meal like in the average V-diet shake, this will end up being about 2 grams of fiber less, and a couple grams of fat and protein more. I still am drinking the usual shake at work where it is more convenient but at home I like to make this on occasion.
Anyone else have recipes? Even if it is just adding some herbs/spices or something to your shake, I would like to hear and I am sure everyone else would too.
