Is the V-Diet supposed to help you become fat adapted? It seems you are taking in so much protein that your body would adapt to making energy out of that. How do you come out of this diet without regaining weight due to the introduction of calories and carbs?
Second thought/question: IS this a good stack? HRX, BCAA, Sesamin Oil, CLA
