V-Diet /Cold & Flu Season

I am really wanting to try the V-diet but am a little worried about trying it this time of year. Will this drastically affect my immune system? The last thing I want to do is make myself more vulnerable to a cold or the flu.

Well of course to a point any time you go hypocaloric will leave you not in an optimal zone to fight ilness. If your that porne to flu you’d be smart bto wait to start any cutting diet.

Damn, i am on the same boat. But i thought about that after i began my v-diet.

I am searching for things to boost my immune system cause i am getting snotty nose in the morning :frowning: any advice?

thanks…

I’m on about day 20… I think the only reason I wake up every morning is because of how DRY my throat is. It’s unbelievable. I also feel kind of sick.

Almost done… Even though coming off is gonna suck because I’m slllooowwwly upping the calories - 100 more calories every 5 days.

Take a vitamin C supplement.

Vitamin C is definitely the way to go to avoid colds. You may also want to try Echinacea - a lot of people swear by it.

Try one of the yogurt products out now, that bolster your immune system. I haven’t had a sniffle yet and I teach teenagers all day.
