How integral is it to do cardio upon waking? Due to hrs i work & the open hrs of the gym, i can only lift in the AM & walk in the PM.
Youve got to make things fit your life the change is fine. Walk in the AM and PM on days off from the weights. Just walk as much as you can IMO
When you do it is not nearly as important as doing it. That being said, considering how much you’re doing already by taking on this diet, I wouldn’t stress the walking in the am/pm part as long as you’re walking when you can. Do walk though, I felt like it was the difference maker for me the 2nd time through it.
