at what body-fat levels does is make sense to do the v-diet?
I’m sure you can do the v-diet at any bf, but in my honest opinion, if you’re over 20% bf, there are easier ways to go about it (eating clean deficit, regular exercise). V-diet is rather tough and draining, so personally I’d save it for those pounds that are harder to shed.
i was actually thinking in terms of minimum. if you’re at a certain low bodyfat, i was thinking it woulnd’t make sense, but i dunno. now i’m at around 13%. is this too low for the v-diet to be effective, since, as i understand it, i would shed more fat if i was fatter on the v-diet? should i bulk up, and then do it at a higher level? thank you.
