V-Diet and Greens Plus

I was just wondering if you guys think it would be alright to take a serving of greens plus every day while on the V-Diet. I just think it may benifit me more than hurt me. Each serving of greens plus has Calories: 35, Calories From Fat: 10, Total Fat: 1gm, Saturated Fat: 0gm, Cholesterol: 0mg, Sodium: 45mg, Total Carbohydrate: 4gm, Dietary Fiber: 2gm, Sugars: 1gm, Protein: 2gm.

What do you think?

The calories in a serving of Greens+ looks pretty low.

I can’t see it doing anything to the diet, but you could always factor it into your intake if you were paranoid.

Id say it could be nothing but GOOD while on that diet and hell even a MUST.

Low cal, four grams of carbs and two of those are fiber based. No big deal at all. Go for it!
