Using Neurotypes for High School Cross Country Running?

Hi Christian,

I was wondering how to adapt workouts for CC runners based on neurotypes. Based on the descriptions, CC runners would either be a Type 2 or mostly Type 3. Our top runners generally do more variety in their workouts because they have higher motivation but I know some like variety more than others. We have at least 30-40% of the team who only runs cross country in the fall and competes in other sports in the Spring like sprints for track, softball, and soccer. Could these girls fit into Type 1 and require little volume for an effect? I was thinking of setting up a survey using simple language where the girls could choose what they think best describes them. Thoughts

Thank you
