Anyone done this? How are they for squatting? Is it too much tension for a mini band to handle long term? I primarily see them used for deads and benching, but I’ve seen some vids of people doubling or tripling up with mini bands and using them for squats? I’m thinking of getting 3 minis for benching and possibly one full length for squatting. I’d like to avoid buying a ton of bands though, what’s the best way to go?
For squats you’ll need at a minimum of the light bands(purple) I’d go with the average (greens) or get both.
If you don’t mind me asking what do you squat?

for those looking into this, if you were just going to get heavy or strong bands, might as well add all the cheap bands too. ended up being about the same price due to how the discount is set up.
