I have some questions about high rep squats.
How is upper body work structured into a split that’s using high rep squats and heavy front squats every week? Do any of you guys dedicate a day to high reps or just use them as the occasional finisher? I took 315x12, 225x22 the other day and loved it. I want to high rep squat on a regular basis. Thoughts on the most effective way to program them?
