Using Adaptogens

Curious as to who is using this class of supplement, and for what.

By “Adaptogen”, I am referring to things like Rhodiola, Ginseng, Holy Basil, Astragalus, Ashwagandha, etc.

1.) What do you take?

2.) What effects have you noticed?

3.) Have you noticed a decrease in efficacy over time, and had to “cycle” what you’re taking?

I feel Rodiola when im very tired.

I actually bought some holy basil 2 days ago, haven’t felt much yet, but ill let you know.
