I have a PDA trapbar and I have been thinking about using this Griffin contraption for a Squat-like workout.
I don't have a power rack.
How would you load it up and get the harness on if you don't have a squat rack?
It looks like you can just lash it to the bar and slip under the harness.
I bought that bad boy a long time ago. Works well. I use the help of two sawhorses to get strapped in. However, I moved and don't have a need for the device.
