Hey we are trying to translate a series of curvey lines and dots that can stand for several letters at a time lol it can be spelled either way. I think he did tried to bulk, but did it wrong and thats why he’s dying of liver failure!
I think the variation comes from the imprecise transliteration from arabic into the latin alphabet. its the same with chinese
