From set to set, should I be increasing weight, or using same weight across all 5 sets?
In other words… would it be better to do Bench Press super setted with flies at 175x5x5, and flies 30x5x5, or…
165x5, 170x5, 175x5, 180x5, 185x5… etc??

hopefully im not too late. that’s taken from the article. basically you want the weight to be around the same, just adjusting if it is too easy (like maybe in the first set) or too difficult (like maybe in the last set)
keep us posted on OVT. consider keeping a training log on it. im interested to see how it works for you
I am keeping a training log. just started tonight. I’m starting a cycle of test in a week. will have an entire log for it. in steroid section or training log section, you think?
