Upping the Amount of Fish Oil

I’ve been taking Omega-3 fish oil the last months and was wondering if it is ok to up the amount?

Currently taking only 1 serving / day in the morning and that yields: 644mg of EPA and 414mg of DHA.

Looking at what one serving of Flameout gives it seems like I could at least take another serving but I wanted to be sure.

It’s fine. In fact, John Berardi reccomends taking in at least 3-4g of EPA+DHA COMBINED every day to get the proper effects. That would be at least 3 servings of yours (644+414=1058mg).

As long as you aren’t on any blood-thinners/anti-coagulants or have any clotting issues I don’t think there would be any problems in upping your dose by such a nominal amount.
