Upperbody Workout Program

long story short, going to have knee surgery which means no lower body lifting for quite a while. i would like to continue lifting for my upper body though.
was wondering if anyone could recommend a purely upperbody workout program while i complete my rehabilitation for my knee. ideally i would want to train my upperbody 4times a week while doing rehab everyday for my busted knee… any advice regarding splits, programs, exercises or anything that would help me would be appreciated thanks!

Do a regular program but only with the upper body stuff?

any ideas on what split/program i can use? i have only been training following WS4SB which is quite a lower body dominant program so havent really tried other programs…

I had left knee meniscus surgery last year during my recovery I trained upper body and my good leg. I stuck to mostly machines as it was easier to stabalize myself. I used mostly higher reps (8-10) due to the stabilization issues. Pick 2 exercises per body part and use different exercises for each day.

I used the following split.

Day 1: Back/Biceps/Traps/Legs (Right Leg Only)
Day 2: Chest/Shoulders/Tris/Abs
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Back/Biceps/Traps/Legs (Right Leg Only)
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Chest/Shoulders/Tris/Abs
Day 7: Off

Chest and shoulder’s should not be done on the same day because many paople are shoulder superior and if they are fatigued for ur bench u could get hurt???
