Upper/Lower Split

Hey, do you all recommend upper/lower splits for beginners. i will do 3 workouts a week so it will look like this.

Week 1 - Upper/Lower/Upper
Week 2 - Lower/Upper/Lower
etc.

This will be my second workout. I made reasonable gains on my first push/pull/leg split.

If you do recommend it, what should the training volume in rep be per muscle group.

yup looks good.

change it up base it on BIG moves pushed pulls squats and dead tyhen add assistance. go heavy one day maybe 3-5 rep higher stes or heck 5x5 then the other day 3-4 x10-12

Should do a beginner very well do it hard and learn how you react.
