Upper/Lower Split Question

Hello. I just made myself an uper/lower split that i am enjoying.It`s heavy as fuck tho haha.

My question is. Can i train heavy on all training days? or should i go:

A Heavy
B Heavy

A light
B light

Mor information please. “Heavy” can mean anything.

Heavy is 5x5 with around 80%rm

I do 5x5 with all the main lifts as deadlift ,benchpress, Squat and OHP

Accesory lifts are 4x8-12 with varied weight and reps.

You could also do this:
A Heavy
B Light

A Light
B Heavy

You need to see what works best for you. If you have a high weight low rep workout and feel fatigued the next day then switch to the workout I put here. If you enjoy two heavy days in a row stick to your routine. In the long run it doesn’t really matter.

Thank you for answering. Im going to try and go heavy on all days for a couple of weeks and see how that goes, otherwise i will try what u wrote.
