Upper Lower Split Opinions

what if i were to take away the bicep work from both upper days and just add it to both lower days and instead of the pulldowns for day 1 i would do weighted chin ups.

You can “what if” this thing to death… You obviously don’t really want anyone’s help you just want people to confirm that the program you outlined is a good one, so go for it. Try it out.

well i did want people’s opinions on it if they think its a good program or not. im going to try it out either way, but still if i get some feedback from experienced people why not it’ll only help me. i didn’t think it was such a big deal to ask this here.
