Upper/Lower Split Advice

i think i will stick to the routine i posted for the moment, im only 2 weeks into it so il see how i do after another 6, just trained and have gone up 2.5kgs in the back squat, romainin deadlift and the overhead press

I tried out the following today, and just felt burned out by the end of the 5th exercise… might need some modification…

Chins
Military Press
DB BOR
DB Bench
Upright Row
Triceps rope extensions

Thinking about just making it:

Chins
Military Press
DB BOR
DB Bench
EZ bar biceps curls / Triceps extensions (superset)

considering ur ment to train the larger muscle groups first im not suprised, chins will tire ur arms for bent over rows and military presses will tire ur shoulders for bench presses.
do the larger muscles first in the workout

So what order would you recommend? Thing is, my shoulders are my weak area, so I was advised to do them early. And chins I find hard work as it is, so putting them later in the workout will surely spell disaster? :stuck_out_tongue:

depending what u call chins, some people refure to pull ups as chins, chins are normally mostly a bicep movement so if it that version ur on about then id put that.

over head press
decline press
bent over row
chins/dips superset
