Upper/Lower Routines Good for Mass?

Wanting to switch it up, i’m trying to build as much mass as possible. Would i be better off with something different for size?

thinking about trying brandon cambells PHUL (power Hypertrophy upper lower) routine for 12 weeks.

How do we know if you would be better off with something different than what you are doing if we don’t know what you are doing now?

Upper-lower or full body is the way for most naturals to go.

Here is a brilliant idea - how about training all your muscle groups as hard as you can every week.
