Upper/Lower Body Split for a Chick

I’ve just completed 5 months of a 4 day full body split I put together, after a significant amount of time off from the gym due to knee surgery. I built my strength back up and now it’s time to get seriously cut.

I want to start a 4 day upper/lower body split. I’d love a program I can use or at least look at for guidance. I’m a 35 y/o female, 5’8", fairly clean diet (80%), 22% body fat, 147 pounds. I want to get lean and mean. Help!
