Upper Chest

Hey guys,

Just wondering. When I normally do Incline dumbbell presses I set the bench to the setting lower than 45 degrees (but not the lowest). I think it's 30 degrees.
Anyways. I was thinking if I set the bench to 45 degrees you think that'll place more emphasis on the front delts than the upper chest?

I'd say it would. Plus it'll lower the amount of weight you can use.

Yes, the higher up you go the more delt you'll bring into the movement.

trial and error, you're gonna have to do the exercise to feel it and then decide. for firther chest emphasis you can always widen your grip, but i wouldn't do that because i don't want to stretch out my shoulder too much when doing presses.
