Upper Body Work with an Injured Ankle

ok so i have put my right ankle out of use for about 6 weeks meaning i cant do leg work other than leg curls and extensions.
i figured i could spend this time focusing on my shoulders back and upper chest.
what kind of routine would you suggest? training 3-4 times a week
cant do anything dynamic, standing i can do as long as its a moderate weight overhead

any advice is very much appreciated
