I see DeFranco's Agile 8 ( http://www.T-Nation.com/training/defranco-agile-8 ) recommended everywhere as the perfect warm up to lower body sessions, and with good reason. I'm looking for a similar "Do this" upper body warm up, does anyone know of any?
DeFranco has the Simple 6. Foam rolling, stretching, and band work.
The Diesel Crew also have some good upper body/upper back/shoulder warm-ups out there.
