I unfortunately broke my finger in the leg while sparring in wrestling .
I would like to exploit these 4 weeks on the strength of the BJJ â??â??/ wrestling .
I would like to focus on my arms ( triceps ) . I feel that it's my weakness , I did not do them almost at all.
I have no idea how to write out 4 days a week. I do not want to overload .
As metcon at the end of training.
