Upper Body Plyometrics for DE Day

I’m trying to think of some upper body plyometrics I can do at home since bb DE benching is too hard on my shoulders.

All I can think of is pushups done where I push my hands as high into the air as possible.

depth push ups (might be hard on shoulders) and medicine ball throws (if you can get a hold of one)

Out of curiosity, what does your shoulder work look like?

I do 5/3/1 military press. I also do band lateral raises, one arm db push presses, and db laterals. And of course, zillions and zillions of face pulls. Sometimes I do them for rear shoulder, sometimes for scapular retraction. I guess you could count overhead squats and band pull aparts too.
