Upper Body on

I am about to start Ian King’s “Limping” series and was going to split it up like this:

Mon: Off
Tues: Upper Body
Wed: Lower Body (Squats)
Thurs: Off
Fri: Off
Sat: Upper Body
Sun: Lower Body (Deadlifts)

What I am asking is what upper body work did you do on this program? I am thinking of using two EDT upper body days along with the two “Limping” days.
Any suggestions? what worked well for you?
