upper body explosive lifting

hi guys. I play soccer and want to get my upper body fast and explosive cuz i already do a speed program, so that should cover my legs. I am 5’10, 16 years old, 145 lbs., and can bench 190. Because i havent seen a increase in my bench since i was 15 last december so i’d like to switch up my routine. What would u suggest doing.

How are you eating? list your current workout and how you are eating exactly and we can help you. I am almost 99% sure even thouogh i know nothing about you that the problem is in your diet. Remember you can’t grow if you don’t eat enough calories.
